Fees and Insurance:

Initial Intake Fee: $195.00
Standard Fee: $160.00

A sliding scale for self-pay clients is available upon request. The sliding scale fee is based on gross annual household income.

We accept and bill BlueCross BlueShield, Health Alliance, United Healthcare, and Aetna insurances. Copays/Coinsurance and out of pocket payments are expected at the time of your visit.

Other insurance providers may cover a portion of mental health counseling services at an out-of-network rate. We encourage you to check with your insurance company to determine your benefit amount and file for reimbursement according to their direction.

What does an actual session look like?

We sit down in a private office and talk. Your counselor will guide the conversation with questions. You may leave your session with homework or recommended reading (though never required).

What if I don’t like my counselor?

We have many counselors in our office. If you aren’t connecting with someone please let us know and we can change counselors.

What if I want to try a different type of therapy?

Just let your counselor know and your treatment plan can be adjusted to better fit your needs.

What if I can’t afford therapy?

We offer a sliding scale payment plan in our office. If this still doesn’t fit into your budget we will offer referrals to other local services.
